.. Petitioner and Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, rep., by its Chief Commissioner, Tank Bund, Hyderabad & another.

.. Respondents This court made the following :

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.32908 of 2015 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioner is that he and one other person own property bearing H.Nos.3-5263, 3-5-263/A and 3-5-263/B, situated at Vittalwadi, Narayanguda, Hyderabad. With an intention to develop the property, the petitioner approached the Citizen Centre to submit building permission application. The Centre is not accepting the application on the ground that the petitioner must produce TSLR Certificate and No Objection Certificate from the revenue authorities. As the Citizen Centre is not accepting the application, the petitioner was compelled to make efforts to meet the higher authorities, but it was not successful and, therefore, a representation was submitted to the Assistant City Planner, Circle-9, Greater

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad (2nd respondent). Thereafter, this writ petition is filed.

2. On the same subject, earlier orders are issued by the respondent Municipal Corporation clearly stating that the respondent Municipal Corporation is not insisting for production of TSLR Certificate or No Objection Certificate for submission of an application for building permission, however, the Corporation requires to verify those documents for prima facie satisfaction of title.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the Citizen Centre is insisting for production of those certificates even though the Commissioner has clearly stated that the Municipal Corporation is not insisting.

4. Having regard to the said submissions, the Assistant City Planner, Circle-9, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad (2nd respondent) is directed to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
