THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13423 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in F.O.No.83/2015-16 on the file of Wild Life Nandyal Division, Nandyal, Kurnool District.

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that after completion of the investigation, the investigating officer laid charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
