Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy, which she has already invoked by way of filing L.G.O.P.

Permission is accorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand dismissed.
