HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.22443 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing proceedings dated 16.08.2019 whereby the licence for holding arms has been revoked by the said authority.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that aggrieved by the order of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has filed appeal before the 1st respondent authority. Pending consideration of such appeal, the 2nd respondent by proceedings No.HC-3/Arms/750/Narayanguda/2019 dated 19.10.2019 has restored the Arms licence until the disposal of the appeal preferred by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that having regard to the subsequent development no further adjudication is required by this Court in this Writ Petition.

Recording the said submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
