O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking mandamus to declare the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not registering the complaint against the respondents 5 to 13, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to register the complaint dated 23/5/2018 against the respondents 5 to 13 and to pass such other suitable orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted written instructions filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Meerpet Police Station, Ranga Reddy district stating that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23/05/2018, Crime No. 439 of 2018 was registered against the accused mentioned in the complaint.

4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of. No costs. _____________________________ JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKAR REDDY.
