THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8485 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in floating/issuing the tenders for manning and maintenance of 33/11 KV Sub-stations by Sub-division wise through a single contract system instead of multiple contract system in Operation Circle, Kadapa, under the jurisdiction of the third respondent, in the official website of the respondents, two local newspapers and without providing the minimum fifteen days for sale of tender schedules. The above grievance was ventilated in respect of tender notice dated 09.03.2015. Now, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that as on today no tender notice was issued and the existing tender is extended till the end of July, 2015.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is premature, and it is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 26.06.2015 vs
