HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6562 of 2019 ORDER :
This Criminal Petition under Section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A2, seeking bail in Crime No.93 of 2019 on the file of the S.H.O., Judbilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 342, 346, 348, 302, 201 and 202 r/w 34 IPC.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a permanent resident of address mentioned in the cause title and hails from respectable family. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.2.2019. He further submits that no specific allegations are made against the petitioner. Police also filed charge sheet in this case vide PRC No.132 of 2019 on the file of XVII ACMM, Hyderabad and the same was committed to the Sessions Court, which was numbered as S.C.No.326 of 2019. He further submits that the bail applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court on 18.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3872 of and on 09.09.2019 in Crl.P.No.5359 of 2019. He further submits that the petitioner is a law abiding citizen and ready to abide by the
conditions imposed by this Court, if he is released on bail. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
4. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

As seen from the record, the earlier bail applications filed by the petitioner were dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 18.07.2019 in Crl.P.No.3872 of 2019 and vide order, dated 09.09.2019 in Crl.P.No.5359 of 2019. No new grounds whatsoever are mentioned to entertain the present bail application filed by the petitioner. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
