THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.3197 OF 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of petitioner's son, who is aged about 32 years. From the statement and averment made in the writ petition, we find that there is no allegation of police detention. On the contrary, the allegations are of alleged unlawful detention and confinement of petitioner's son by the fifth and sixth respondents. Under these circumstances, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition.
