The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that since the subject suit in O.S.No.1620 of 2013 on the file of the I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. 2 .

Recording the said submission, this appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
