The petitioner Nos.2 to 5 & 7/accused Nos.2 to 5 & 7 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present. Accused Nos.1 & 6 are absent.
I.A.Nos.1 & 3 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in crime No.135 of 2017 on the file of Ramannapet Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.
In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.1 & 3 of 2018 are partly allowed by compounding the offences against the accused Nos.2 to 5 & 7 and dismissed so far as accused Nos.1 & 6 for without their presence question of compounding does not arise and to say there are GPAs are in force there is no recognition. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also partly allowed by only quashing the proceedings against the accused Nos.2 to 5 & 7 in crime No.135 of 2017 on the file of Ramannapet Police Station, Nalgonda District and by dismissing against accused Nos.1 & 6, accused Nos.2 to 5 & 7 are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused Nos.2 to 5 & 7, if any, stands cancelled.
