Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that no action has been taken by the 3rd respondent on the complaint dt.02.07.2016 given by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent against respondents 4 to 8.

The Government Pleader for Home states that an FIR No.141 of 2016 was registered on 07.08.2016 by the 3rd respondent.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to conduct investigation into the allegations made by the petitioner against respondents 4 to 8 and file an appropriate final report before the competent Court expeditiously. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
