THE HON'BLR SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY AS.MP.NO.1413 OF 2015 AND AS.NO.505 OF 2005 COMMON JUDGMENT:

AS.MP.No.1413 of 2015 is filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure requesting to record compromise on the ground that the matter is settled out of Court. The said compromise is reduced into writing and filed the same along with this petition.

Both parties are present and they are identified by their respective counsel.

The contents of terms of compromise are read over to the parties; they admitted the same to be true and correct. Hence, I find that the compromise to be voluntary.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem that it is a fit case to permit both the parties to enter into compromise. Accordingly, ASMP.No.1413 of 2015 is allowed. In view of the orders passed in ASMP.No.1413 of 2015, A.S.No.505 of 2005 is disposed of in terms of compromise. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.

Registry is directed to annex copy of terms of compromise to the decree.
