It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent-Company (in liquidation) was directed to be liquidated by orders dated 23.08.2019 passed by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.460 of 2019 in CP (IB) No.326/ 7/ HDB/ 2018. A copy of the order dated 23.08.2019 is placed before this Court. In the light of the above, the Company Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to take necessary steps, if so advised, with respect to its claim in the liquidation proceedings. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
