ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the Award dated 17.6.2003 passed in I.D.No.627 of 2003 by the 1st respondent-Labour Court-I, Hyderabad, and to quash or set aside the same by holding it as arbitrary and illegal.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and therefore, the question of granting relief of reinstatement does not arise. He further submits that the petitioner is entitled to the benefits for the service rendered by him prior to the date of removal. Having regard to the said submission, if the petitioner has not received the benefits for the service rendered by him prior to the date of removal, the respondent-Corporation is directed to pay the said benefits, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
