ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 18.12.2013, in Writ Petition No.37039 of 2013.

At the hearing, Sri N.Siva Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of

this Contempt Case, the respondents have implemented the above-mentioned order of this Court and that therefore, the cause in the Contempt Case does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is closed. As a sequel to closure of the Contempt Case, Application No.1064 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
