Heard the counsel for the petitioners/ Accused Nos.2 to 5 of Crime No.102 of 2018 of Adilabad I Town PS registered for the offences under Sections 498A, 304B, 302 r/ w 34 IPC for the occurrence dated 10.05.2018 and before.

The accused persons are in judicial custody since 14.05.2018. A1 is no other than the husband of the deceased. Perused the bail application averments, FIR, remand report and other material on record and also heard the Public prosecutor in opposing the bail application representing the respondent State. 3.
A perusal of the very FIR shows even the oral dying declaration of the deceased before the murder, who is the informant, which clearly shows the perpetration of the brutal crime by all the accused.

Having regard to the above, even under the guise of the personal liberty, the accused are not entitled to the concession of bail.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
