THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 8776 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the inaction of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in taking action against respondent No. 3, in respect of illegal and unauthorized construction made and proceeded by respondent No. 3 by occupying 7' in 25' road, opposite to plot No. 12, at road No. 1 and also damaging drainage pipeline of Sree Srinivasa Colony, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, in pursuance of the representations of the petitioner dated 26-11-2012 and 16-02-2013 as illegal and arbitrary.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, leaned standing counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 submits that subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, illegal and unauthorized constructions have been removed and that no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

In view of the submission made by learned standing counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the Writ Petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
