HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.6612 OF 2002 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the services of the 1st petitioner were regularized, and insofar as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, his case was not considered for regularization because he was not in service as on the date of consideration of his case. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition can be closed giving liberty to the 2nd petitioner to pursue his remedies, if he is still aggrieved.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the 2nd petitioner to pursue his remedies for regularization of his services before the appropriate forum. No costs.
