HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR SECOND APPEAL No.411 of 1997 JUDGMENT:

As seen from the proceeding sheet, it is reported on 15.03.2013 that sole appellant died and on the request of learned counsel for appellant, three weeks time was granted for taking steps, and from that date onwards from time to time, time is granted for taking steps and finally on 27.11.2014, this Court granted time as last chance till 8.12.2014 under the same caption. In spite of that, no steps are taken, and today, learned counsel for appellant again sought for time and I am not inclined to grant any further time.

2. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Appeal shall stand closed.
