SMT. JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.6704 of 2013 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.392 of 2013 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section IPC, against the petitioners/A2 and A3.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that the matter has been compromised on 05.08.2013 and therefore, the proceedings against the petitioners may be quashed.

In view of the aforesaid memo, this Court opines that the proceedings against the petitoners/A2 and A3 are liable to be quashed.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, quashing the proceedings in Cr.No.392 of 2013 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyberabad District, against the petitioners/A2 and A3. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
