HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND THE HON'BLE MS.JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3539 OF 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner, who is the award debtor, has come up with the above revision petition challenging the sale certificate issued by the Executing Court.

2. Heard Mr. M.M.M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. K. Maheswar Rao, learned counsel for the award holder and Mr. V. R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the auction purchaser.

3. The only ground on which the petitioner challenges the sale certificate is that the property was sold for a song. The decree holder himself fixed a valuation of the property at Rs.10.00 lakhs and the Field Assistant fixed valuation as Rs.17.00 lakhs, but the highest bid fetched in the auction was only Rs.7.13 lakhs.

4. But, unfortunately, the petitioner failed to object either at the time of proclamation or even thereafter. There are remedies available under the CPC, which the petitioner has failed to avail. Hence, no relief can be granted in the revision petition. Therefore, the revision petition is dismissed.

5. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
