This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not referring the petitioner's case to the Corporate Medical Board of the Respondents' company as illegal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner says that on 04.04.2017, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents for referring his case to the Corporate Medical Board and as the same is not disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned standing counsel for Singareni Collieries.
Since it is stated representation dated 04.04.2017 is pending before the respondents, the respondents are directed to dispose of same in accordance with law within a period of eight (08) weeks from today.
