HCJ & AAR,J W.A.Nos.784 and 785 of 2019 COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The appellants have challenged the legality of the order, dated 18.07.2019, passed by the learned Single Judge in I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2019 in W.P.No.14722 of 2019, whereby the learned Single Judge has directed the petitioners to comply with the deficiencies as pointed out in the proceedings, dated 27.07.2018, and has directed the respondents to inspect the same, and after being satisfied, to take necessary action accordingly.

Mr. M. Karuna Sagar, the learned counsel for the appellants, submits that in consequence of the said order, on 14.12.2019 the Central Council of Indian Medicine has inspected the appellants' College and has given a report in favour of the appellants clearly indicating that the deficiencies have been complied with.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks a relief from this Court to direct the learned Single Judge to hear the Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the above, this Court requests the learned Single Judge to hear and decide the Writ Petition as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

The Writ Appeals stand disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions pending in these appeals, if any, shall stand closed.
