THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.18883 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 3rd respondent in terminating the petitioner on the ground that the tenure of contract has come to an end.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the tenure of the petitioner has come to an end and in the place of earlier contractor, another contractor was employed and therefore, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
