- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.30634 OF 2011 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to call for the impugned termination order dated 21.12.2008 issued by the disciplinary authority and also the order of the appellate authority dated 21.10.2011, to set aside the same and also to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner as a Trained Graduate Teacher in Hyderabad Public School with all consequential benefits, including arrears of pay and back wages.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel representing the respondents 2 and 3, submit that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by the decision in W.P.No.2458 of 2011 dated 24.03.2017. 3.

Following the earlier judgment, the order impugned in this writ petition is also set aside and the Writ Petition is allowed. The respondents 2 and 3 are directed to reinstate the petitioner into service with all consequential benefits, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
