It is stated that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.19465 of by its order dated 20-06-2016. The same is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent.

In view of the same, following the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the revisions submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders thereon at the earliest. Further pending the said revisions, the petitioner shall pay only the admitted property tax amounts and the authorities shall not take any coercive steps for collection of the disputed/enhanced property tax.
