HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20530 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in terminating the services of the petitioner.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed that if any of the persons, who are subsequently joined in the same category as NMR Gang Mazdoors, are allowed to work, the services of the petitioner shall be engaged on the same terms and conditions which was extended earlier, vide orders dated 24.09.2003 in WPMP No.25694 of 2003.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
