ORDER

This petition under Section 24 of C.P.C., is filed to withdraw and transfer the suit in O.S.No.285 of 2016 pending on the file of III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad to the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to be tried along with O.S.No.28 of 2016 pending on the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for respondents reported no-objection to withdraw and transfer the aforesaid suit and endorsed the same on record. 3.

In view of the said endorsement made by the counsel for respondents on record, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and O.S.No.285 of 2016 pending on the file of the III Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad, to be tried along with O.S.No.28 of 2016. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
