THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2588 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A9 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.745 of 2012, pending on the file of the V Addl. Judl. I Class Magistrate, Tirupathi, wherein cognizance was taken for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B r/w 34 IPC.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned C.C. was disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
