It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 11.08.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26878 of 2017, and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Services.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.08.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.26878 of 2017 directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for review of suspension order in terms of G.O.Ms.No.86, dated 08-03-1994 and in terms of judgment rendered by the Apex Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary vs. Union of India in Civil Appeal No.1912 of 2015 and take action accordingly within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
