Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter dated 10.04.2017 to the Registry stating that the petitioner instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel representing Sri K.R.K.V. Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner, further states that liberty may be given to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if warranted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
