This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 17.08.2017 dismissing Tr.O.P.No.616 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for both the parties. 3.
A perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner herein has filed Tr.O.P.No.616 of 2017 seeking to withdraw O.S.No.692 of 2016 from the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad to be tried along with O.S.No.28 of 2017. 4.
At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no objection for allowing the revision petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court is not inclined to go into the other aspects.

In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 17.08.2017 in Tr.O.P.No.616 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. Consequently, Tr.O.P.No.616 of 2017 on the file of the Court of Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is allowed
withdrawing O.S.No.692 of 2016 from the file of the Court of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transferred to the Court of XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, wherein O.S.No.28 of 2017 is pending. The learned XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of both suits (O.S.No.692 of 2016 and O.S.No.28 of 2017) as expeditiously as possible. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
