ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
" ... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the case of the petitioner for appointment as fair price shop dealer on temporary basis in the vacancy of shop No.28, Chuttuguntapalli village, Anantasagaram Mandal, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District, which arose due to the demise of the father of the petitioner, in spite of the recommendations of the 3rd respondent, is highly arbitrary, illegal and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment as F.P. Shop dealer on temporary basis in the vacancy of shop No.28, Chuttuguntapalli village, Anantasagaram Mandal, Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore District ..." At the hearing, Ms. V. Vidyullatha Dasyam, learned Counsel appearing for Mr. P. Venkata Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP
No.7594 of 2009 is disposed of.
