THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 17050 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revenue Authorities are not granting a pattadar pass book and a title deed relating to his property in Kukkalapalle Revenue Village, Kukkalapalle Grampanchayat, Yadamari Mandal, Chittoor District, in

accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act, 1971. The petitioner seems to have applied in the prescribed format for issuance of the said documents on 14.05.2015. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue states that the authorities concerned would have to process the said application and take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law and that sometime would be required to complete this exercise.

The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Yadamari Mandal, Chittoor District, to whom the petitioner submitted the application, to consider the same, cause an enquiry as per the due procedure and take appropriate action on the said application within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No costs.
