HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11082 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1216 of 2015 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

2) The defacto-complainant and the accused representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences.

Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defactocomplainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.1216 of 2015 on the file of VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
