This writ petition is filed questioning the order passed by respondent No.1 in Case No.D4l1162/2009 dated 18.12.2OO9 under Section 9 of A.P. Record of Rights in land and Pattedar Pass Books Act, 1971.

After perusal of the records, it reveals that the writ petition is dismissed against the contesting respondent No.4 for non-compliance of the conditional order dated 3O.O4.2O13 and by virtue of the dismissal of the writ petition against contesting respondent, the petitioner is not entitled to seek aly relief in the writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
