THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.724 of 2015 ORDER:
Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the Criminal Petition is disposed of as follows:
Having regard to the prima facie case made out in the FIR for the offences under Sections 498-A r/w 34 IPC and 3 and 4 of D.P. Act, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the submission of the learned counsel for petitioners, the petitioners/Accused No.1 to 6 are directed to surrender before Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Ponnuru, on or before 25.02.2015 and seek for regular bail and if they do so, the learned Magistrate shall dispose of their bail applications on the same day on merits.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
