ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.31322 of 2016, dated 19.09.2016. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 19.09.2016, the respondent passed an order on 15.11.2016, whereunder the contract of the petitioner which was suspended temporarily by order dated 16.08.2016, was directed to be closed.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
