THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.6008 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioner states that on the application made by the 4th respondent, notice was issued to her and that she has already filed objections as early as on 10.04.2015 in response to the notice No.B/891/2015, dated 30.03.2015, issued by the Tahsildar, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, the 3rd respondent. The petitioner also states that she has also filed application for mutation of her name in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds on 24.06.2015. Alleging that the 3rd respondent is not taking any action either on the application of the petitioner or the 4th respondent, the present Writ Petition is filed. In view of the fact that the proceedings are pending before the 3rd respondent since April, 2015 and no decision is taken so far, the 3rd respondent shall consider the applications of the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
