THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.7743 of 2017 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.1061 of 2015 on the file of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Rajendra Nagar, registered against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 10 for the offence under Sections 447 and 427 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1/State are present.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on account of personal inconvenience his senior counsel could not attend the Court.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on the other hand, filed a copy of e-courts pertaining to this case to show that the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate has completed the trial and the case itself has been disposed of and the petitioners were found guilty and were convicted.

In view of the above submission, since the very purpose of filing of this Criminal Petition has already been defeated, no purpose would survive to proceed with this Criminal Petition and the same has become infructuous. 6.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
