Challenging the action of respondents 2 to 7 in not considering the representation of the petitioner d1.06.06.2026 and online application bearing Ack. No.I5210606261302497628 dt.06.06.2026 seeking permission for providing police bandobast for conducting annual Urs sandal procession of the petitioner's father Hazrath Syed Asad Hussain
W.P. No.20475 of 2026 ) Harooni (R.A) from his residence at Gulab Singh Bowli to Boiguda, Aghapura (Dargah/shrine), this Writ Petition has been filed. 2.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has filed a copy of the written instructions received by him and it is stated that applications have been filed by the petitioner as well as the Muthavali of the subject Dargah through Wakf Board and the application of the Muthavali has been considered and permission has been granted on 29.06.2026 for conducting annual Urs in respect of the subject Wakf institution and as far as the application of the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that it has been rejected on 30.06.2026. Copies of both the orders are filed along with the written instructions. 3.
Learned Senior Counsel representing the Muthavali of the subject Wakf Institution has appeared and has also reiterated the above facts and submitted that the Muthavali has not been made a party to this Writ Petition and on behalf of the Wakf lnstitution, the Muthavali has been conducting Urus on earlier occasions by obtaining permissions from the concemed authorities.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received the communication dt.30.06.2026 rejecting his t II e \
W.P, No.20475 of 2026 application for permission and the petitioner is seeking permission to enter the Dargha and submits that on earlier occasion the petitioner was stopped from entering the Dargah even as a devotee. 5.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents to allow the petitioner to enter the Dargah at Boiguda, Aghapura, Hyderabad as a devotee and the petitioner shall be responsible for any law and order problem if created by him in the said Dargah and permission to conduct Urs has been given to the Muthavali of the Wakf Institution and the sarne has to be conducted as per the conditions, if any, prescribed in the permission. 6.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
