Heard.
Alleging inaction on the part of respondents 2 and 3 in registering a case, basing on the complaints of the petitioner, dated 0202-2015 and 07-02-2015, though cognizable offence is made out, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 09-03-2015, the 3rd respondent registered a case in Cr.No.67 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 IPC and the said crime is under investigation. It is also stated that a notice under Section 41(a) Cr.P.C. is already served on the accused and five witnesses are already examined and that investigation would be completed expeditiously and appropriate report would be filed before the court concerned.
In view of the above, therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
