The Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1108 of 2012 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri, R.R.District.

Today, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced a copy of letter dated 19.02.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate reporting that C.C.No.1108 of 2012 was ended in acquittal on 07.10.2016. The copy of letter dated 19.02.2018 is made part of the record and the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
