HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19290 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.L.Prabhakar Reddy for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The written instructions of even date received from the 3rd respondent are placed on record.

Without going into merits, learned counsel appearing for parties submit that the writ petition can be disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 04.06.2018.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given liberty to personally present a memo along with copy of representation dated 04.06.2018 before 3rd respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within three days from today.

(b) The 3rd respondent either on the day so presented or on any other subsequent date, as adjourned, disposes of the representation of petitioner.

(c) The said exercise is directed to be completed within ten days from today.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
