Both the learned counsel would submit that the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order in W.P.Nos.3202 of 2014 and batch dated 27.01.2017 and confirmed in W.A.No.307 of 2017 dated 17.03.2017. In that view of the submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of order in the aforesaid batch of writ petitions. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
