THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19420 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the respondents. When the matter is taken up, on instructions, it is submitted by Sri G.Chanakya, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, that, pursuant to the impugned notice, dated 22.05.2018, petitioner as well as the third respondent appeared before the Municipal Commissioner and, on verification, the Municipal Commissioner, advised both the parties to approach the civil Court and to that effect an endorsement is going to be given by the Municipal Commissioner. The said statement is recorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
