THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22745 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners had applied in Form6A by paying requisite charges for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed on 05-05-2016/11-07-2017 and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents stated that 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate decision within four (04) weeks and communicate the same to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider petitioners' representations within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioners. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
