This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 in Crime No.67 of 2015 of Lalapet Police Station, Guntur, registered for the offences under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.4 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.
