The only grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 2 to 4 have not taken any action on his complaint dated 03-03-2018 against the 5th respondent and her parents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that on the complaint of the petitioner, a detailed enquiry is going on. After enquiring into the matter, action will be taken and result of the enquiry will be communicated to the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to take action on the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law.
