THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.405 of 2007 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed in the year 2007 with the prayer, which reads as under:
"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the W.P., the petitioner herein prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not receiving the outstanding liability from the petitioner and not returning the original documents to the petitioner as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to receive the amount and return the mortgaged original documents to the petitioner and pass such other order or orders."
Being an old matter of 2007, this case is listed under the caption "Specially Identified Cases". In spite of the same, there is no representation when the matter is called for hearing. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
